Diploma in Hospitality Practice &

Certificate in English for Hospitality Practice

The Diploma in Hospitality Practice & the Certificate in English for Hospitality Practice is a skills-based program.

A diploma level program designed to provide students with the essential skills for their first job in the hospitality sector.

The hospitality practice qualification can be studied as a diploma level qualification whereby learners are enrolled in all 8 courses and allows learners to focus on a specific area of hospitality such as housekeeping, F&B or front office.

Entry Requirements

  • A minimum age of 16 at enrollment.
  • All students without English as a first language must show competence in English at a level equal to IELTS 4.5 minimum.
  • BHLS can provide a set of placement tests where necessary to assess a student’s English level.

Career Opportunities

The Diploma in Hospitality Practice & Certificate of English for Hospitality Practice will enable students to apply for jobs in hospitality organisations as front office professional, waiter/waitress, housekeeping, concierge, bartender and many more.
