Extended Diploma in Management (Level 6)

The Extended Diploma in Management (Level 6) This qualification covers key areas of management such as Leadership and Research with a wide range of optional units in areas such as Finance, HR, Marketing and Personal Development. It also provides entry to an MBA at a range of universities in the UK and overseas. The qualification typically takes 9 months full-time study to achieve and prepares learners for a range of careers.

Entry Requirements

  • Education
    • National Qualification Framework level 5 (UK) (NQF) 5 subjects such as ATHE level 5 Diplomas or equivalent or
    • European Qualification Framework (EQF) Level Level 5 Diploma or equivalent or
    • High school diploma or a school leaving qualification or senior secondary leaving certificate or a high school general certificate or equivalent or
    • Other equivalent international qualifications
    • Completion of BHLS/IBAS Advanced Diploma in Business Administration 
  • English
  • All applicants without English as a first language must show competence in English at a level equal to:
    • IELTS 5.5  or
    • Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) B2 or
    • Cambridge English Advanced (CAE) 162 or above or
    • Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic 47-51 or
    • Prior study in English language  or
    • English tests approved by BHLS
  • BHLS can provide a set of placement tests where necessary to assess a student’s English level
