The German Language Program is based on communicative teaching and learning practices. The German Language Program is a three-level, full-time program designed for international students who wish to improve their German language skills.
If you’re an international student, this program will help you build on and improve your German language skills for success in college, university, your career and/or internship.

The German Language Program will assist students to excel in the German language.
Students wishing to complete their business or hospitality internship in Switzerland must be able to communicate in German at an A2 level.

At BHLS we provide our students with:
Beginner Level: 200 lessons + online self study
This course will cover the basics of the German alphabet, German pronunciation, German sentence structure, basics of German grammar rules, German vocabulary, German verbs and the use of German modal verbs, German nouns, counting in German, basic German phrases, daily expressions and greetings, German idioms and common German mistakes.
This course is for students with no prior German language experience.
